4 studio apartments each with kitchen, bath, bedroom and livingroom which can accomodate a family of 2adults and 1 child.

4 maisonettes (2-floor apartments) each with energy fireplace, kitchen, livingroom, bath and large balcony on 1st floor, and 2bedrooms and big bath on 2nd floor. Each room has own private balcony.

Evia is an island suitable for both summer and winter holidays and get aways. A very short distance to go for such a magical far away place of interest.

Tourtists are attracted to the northern part of the island for its green scenery and breathtaking beaches. The mountains are covered with the beauty of green forrests filled with chestnut trees, pine trees, fir trees and platanus which spread down to the sea level.

The Xenia Residence complex is located at one of the most beautiful areas in the northern part of the island. A picturesue coastal village which has managed to charm all visitors. The hospitality of the locals and the welcoming taverns serving traditional dishes have many enthusiasts.

Beaches and bays are scattered along the coast just waiting for you to explore them. The unique location combines mountain and sea together so graciously as it's suitable for tours on the mountain paths, or for going through the streams and even drink the crystal clear fresh water from natural springs and take a rest under the pine trees and platanus.

It's also a fisherman's delight as this part of the island has been acknowledged as the most beautiful coastline in Greece. There are caves which can be explored in small boats and even be lucky enough to run into seals.
