This three-storey villa is approximately 85 square meters. The sitting room, which includes a fireplace as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room can be found on the first floor. The view from the veranda door is breathtaking- the sea and the pine covered hill- leading to a private veranda.
The stairwell leads to the ground floor where there is a spacious bedroom that consists of a double bed and a twin bed and a separate bathroom.
Villa Forest
This two-storey villa is 55 square meters. On the first floor in the sitting room there is a cozy fireplace and a sofa bed (which opens up into a double bed) adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bathroom.
Villa Happiness
This spacious split level villa is 65 square meters and is furnished with French styled furnishings. Crystal chandeliers hang from the wooden ceiling in the dining room which also includes a fireplace. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a view of the sea and the eastern face of the mountain. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed and a large separate bathroom.
Villa Hope
This villa is 85 square meters and has three floors. There is a sitting room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen on the 'elevated' ground floor. The two balconies overlook the blue sea and the emerald green mountain side.The master bedroom can be found on the first floor and it includes a double bed and a twin bed as well as an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the top floor and consists of a double bed and a small bahroom.
Villa Spring
The three-storey,105 square meter villa is the largest of the complex. On the 'elevated' ground floor there is a living room with a five-meter veranda door window that allows for an exquisite view of the blue sea and natural surroundings. There is a fireplace in the sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that includes a table that seats 8 persons. The master bedroom on the top floor is 30 square meters and consists of a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
