* The hours for check-in and check-out is 14:00 pm and 12:00 p.m. respectively. If you wish to check-in sooner or check-out later by the designated time, please let us know.
* In case of cancellation 22 days before the date of arrival, the advance is 100%. Between 14 and 21 days before date of arrival, is 50% of the advance. Shipping costs charged to the customer, if any. In case of cancellation within 13 days or less from the date of arrival, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
