one of the most beloved beaches for the local people and the tourists. It’s a 1,3km sand beach with the imposingly rocks standing vertical at the left side and the olive grove at the right. The beach is located in a closed sheltered bay with medium depth waters. The orientation of the bay blocks the air streams so the deep blue waters are always calm, ideal for swimming.
Kryoneri
Kryoneri beach, is situated in the town of Parga and is its central beach. Kryoneri is a small, clean, half sandy and half pebbly beach with deep water. This beach hugs tightly the main street of the town where there is a brilliant selection of shops, such as cafes, restaurants, bars, gift shops, jewellery shops and gives visitors the impression, that Parga is more like an island than a seaside resort.

Valtos
The visitors of Valtos beach never get bored even though are not in favour of extreme sports because they can rent a parasol and a sun lounger and enjoy sunbathing on the beach or reading a book under the shadow
There are also the the exciting possibilities of renting a pedalo or a canoe in order the visitors to explore the Ionian Sea. In conclusion Valtos beach is surrounded by several restaurants ,cafes and tavernas which offer their services during the day in a friendly way. There is no adequate nightlife.
Agios Sostis
The beach of Ai-Sostis is located only 1 km from Sarakino beach. Unlike most of the beaches in the area, this is an isolated one, so you cannot find the typical resort facilities there, such as restaurants, cafes and water sports. Many people consider this a good change of ambiance, especially those who do not feel comfortable with big crowds.
Sarakiniko
Situated 19 kms from Parga, is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and offers a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a holiday. The sandy and shingle beach, washed by the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea, has a backdrop of ancient olive groves sloping down to this beautiful bay, providing a unique setting for a family or romantic holiday. Piso Krioneri
The beach of Piso Krioneri is placed near Krioneri, just within a walking distance from the town centre. Piso Krioneri is well-protected behind a hill known as St Athanasios, named after the little church that lies on its top. This natural shelter protects the beach from bad weather conditions. Piso Krioneri is smaller than Krioneri and less crowded. However, it is also well-organized and has some convenient facilities.Some places to visit near Piso Krioneri are the beautiful island of Virgin Mary and the rocks Skordas and Kremidas, both placed to the left of the mentioned island.
